South Kilburn Residents Panel

South Kilburn Trust is working with a team of residents and local partners to build a South Kilburn Residents Panel; a group of 8 - 12 South Kilburn residents that will represent their community, ensuring priorities and plans for South Kilburn reflect the needs of those who live here.

Three of these residents will be selected to join a Social Value Community Panel to help select the development partner for the remainder of the South Kilburn Regeneration.

Brent Council is seeking a development partner for the remainder of the South Kilburn regeneration project. A key part of this process is the selection of a partner who shares the ambition to deliver high-quality homes, inclusive regeneration, and long-term benefits for the local community.
​
To ensure resident voices are central to this decision, Brent Council will engage a Community Panel to participate meaningfully in the developer partner selection process.
