Our New Spaces

While the Granville and Carlton buildings undergo refurbishment, SKT is looking at exciting ways the different parts/buildings could be managed when they re-open to the public which we anticipate will be in early 2025.

Community and Events Spaces

We want local residents' help in designing their own community offer from the Granville Centre. We're even exploring the possibility of devolving management of the Granville Centre to a resident board. The most important thing is that the centre delivers what local people want. To have your say come to a workshop on 5th December or if you can't make it, get in touch with your ideas/interest.

Workspace

SKT is launching an impressive architect-designed workspace in the Carlton building (Carton Vale) in the spring of 2025, with units from 14-40 sqm at affordable rates and co-working from as little as £20 a week.
