78 Granville Road is an affordable workspace for small enterprises and freelancers. The space offers 12 studios and a number of fixed desks for hire. Local start-ups and social impact businesses will be prioritised, with rents heavily discounted until 2027.

For only £150 per month, you can have your own desk in a new collaborative workspace community, including:

Desk availability is limited. You must be an active freelancer, sole trader, or small enterprise to qualify for a desk. Priority will be given to South Kilburn Residents, then other local residents.
